Wilmot BWI Airport Ramp and Stairs Installation

Contractor Headquarters/Office Space with multiple egress points (wheelchair ramp and stairs) were implemented into the main building's design allowing for the code-compliant structure to meet ADA and Life Safety requirements.- BWI Airport, Baltimore, MD

This is a modular construction building for office personnel at BWI airport with accommodations for private offices, workstations, multiple meeting areas, break rooms, and facilities suitable for the workers supporting the airport's construction job on-site.

Wilmot Modular, a modular construction company provided an 11-module office complex and adjoining restroom building with an interconnected platform and integrated canopy system between the structures. Upside Innovation's wheelchair ramps and metal stair were integrated into the main building's design allowing for the code-compliant structure to meet ADA and Life Safety requirements. A fire suppression system was not needed as a result of careful layout planning early in the process. Access controls for card readers at the main entrance and customer installed Audio Visual equipment and devices were implemented throughout the building.
