This modular apartment complex in Culver, IN used an APEX stair and railing systems to gain access to the second floor constructed deck.
The builder of this modular apartment complex reached out to Upside Innovations to look at the possibility of using aluminum stairs and railings for their newly constructed apartment building. The customer had reviewed our article entitled, 5 Reasons Property Owners Want Aluminum Stairs and ultimately decided to go with an APEX stair system product to provide access to the second floor apartments. In addition to the aluminum stair unit, the builder also decided to use aluminum railings designed and fabricated by Upside Innovations as the railing system for that stick built deck system. The design and build was coordinated with the GC and the Upside product was quickly installed on site within a single day.
