On Veterans Day, Upside Innovations pauses to recognize the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Their commitment to protecting our freedom and upholding the values that define our nation is a source of inspiration for all of us.

At Upside, we are proud to have veterans on our team whose experience and leadership continue to make a meaningful impact. Today, we celebrate Randy Slattery, who served in the Army; Ed Jones, who served in the Marines; and Billy Pearl and Tod Edwards, both of whom served in the Navy. These individuals bring the principles of integrity, teamwork, and mission-driven focus to their work every day, strengthening our company culture and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Veterans possess a unique combination of skills—discipline, problem-solving under pressure, and a strong sense of accountability—that translates directly into the workplace. Their service reminds us of the importance of collaboration, perseverance, and a commitment to doing what is right, even when it’s difficult.
